From our work in the Mentally-Healthy Change Group, we know what a critical issue mental ill-health is for many people in the media, marketing and creative industry.

We’ve all heard the stories of burn-outs, stress, depression and anxiety that are widespread in our industry – and last year we quantified the scale of the problem.

Which is why the Change Group in collaboration with Everymind, Never Not Creative and Unltd are studying our industry’s mental health and wellbeing.

In 2018, we conducted the largest piece of research with the creative, media and marketing industry. In 2020, we followed up to see how perceptions have changed, whether companies are doing more, and to better understand how we cope as individuals and workplaces.
